Experience Professional and Compassionate Care with the team at Devotion Hospice
Devotion C.A.R.E.S. Program
Community support and compassionate guidance — just like we’d give our own family
Not Everyone Needs Hospice. But Everyone Deserves Support.
Sometimes, people begin to experience changes in health, mobility, or memory and it’s not yet time for home care, hospice, or any formal service. But they still need help.
Not medical help — just someone who will show up, listen, and guide.
That’s exactly what the Devotion C.A.R.E.S. Program is for.
What Is the Devotion C.A.R.E.S. Program?
C.A.R.E.S. is a free, non-clinical community outreach program designed for individuals who are declining, aging, or caring for someone who is, but don’t need (or want) medical services right now.
This is not hospice. Not home health. Not a medical visit.
It’s simply our way of saying:
“You matter. Let us walk with you.”
Our team offers compassionate check-ins once or twice a month to provide friendly support, a listening ear, and practical guidance the same way we’d care for our own loved ones.

🌿 Mission Statement
To walk alongside individuals and families experiencing health changes with the same care, compassion, and respect we would offer our own loved ones — providing support, reassurance, and connection without expectation, obligation, or cost.
🌟 Vision Statement
To build a more compassionate community where no one faces the uncertainty of decline alone — where guidance, presence, and heartfelt support are freely given long before services are ever needed.

What Does C.A.R.E.S. Stand For?
C – Connect
We build a relationship of trust through warm, personal visits or phone calls.
A – Acknowledge
We gently notice and validate what’s happening — physically, emotionally, or situationally.
R – Reassure
We help reduce fear or overwhelm with honest, heart-centered guidance.
E – Encourage
We share helpful suggestions or ideas to support well-being — when welcomed.
S – Support
We offer ongoing encouragement and a consistent presence, expecting nothing in return.
Who Is This For?
Anyone in our community who feels they’re going through a health-related transition, but doesn’t need formal care — yet.
This includes:
Older adults who are becoming less independent
Spouses or adult children caring for a loved one
Individuals recovering from a health event but still feeling unsure
People with chronic illness who just want someone to check in
Anyone saying, “We’re not ready for services, but we’re struggling
What You Can Expect
1–2 friendly visits or calls per month
A chance to talk, ask questions, and feel seen
No pressure, no paperwork, no cost — ever
Guidance, not medical advice — just like we’d give a friend
If requested, we can suggest local resources or help families know when it’s time to consider formal services
Why Devotion Offers This
“Because not everything needs a bill, a diagnosis, or a plan of care.”
“Because compassion doesn’t require a referral.”
“Because we believe people deserve support just for being human.”
The Devotion C.A.R.E.S. Program is one way we live our mission to serve — not just at the end of life, but throughout the journey.
If you're unsure what comes next — or just need someone to walk alongside you — the C.A.R.E.S. Program is here. It’s free. It’s kind. And it’s rooted in love.
